How to Blur Your Background in Google Meet
- Click the three-dot “More” button at the call screen’s bottom right.
- Select “Turn on Background Blur” and the effect will be automatically applied. You can do this during a call, or before joining one.
- You can also turn on the background blur while in fullscreen by clicking the “Blur background” icon in the lower right corner (it looks like a person’s silhouette with hash lines).
